Welcome to Microvision Poms. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with any inquiries or purchases.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a puppy from Microvision Poms or joining our waitlist, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any transaction.
2. Puppy Purchase Agreement
Upon reserving a puppy, you are required to sign a puppy purchase contract. This contract outlines important details about the puppy’s health, spay/neuter agreements if applicable, and other terms related to the sale. This contract must be signed and returned before the puppy is transferred to its new owner.
Puppy Health Guarantee
We provide a health guarantee for all of our puppies. The terms of the health guarantee are outlined in your puppy contract, which will include:
- A statement confirming that the puppy has been vet-checked, is up-to-date on vaccinations, and has been dewormed.
- Information about the coverage period and conditions under which the health guarantee is valid.
- Requirements for veterinary care to maintain the guarantee.
The health guarantee is void if the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy, as outlined in the contract.
Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy or secure your place on the reserve waitlist. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is picked up or shipped.
- Payment methods accepted: PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer.
- If for any reason, the selected puppy becomes unavailable, you will be notified, and options for transferring your deposit to another available puppy or future litter will be provided.
Puppy Transportation
If you are unable to pick up the puppy in person, we may offer transportation options for an additional fee. All transportation arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon before the puppy is sent to its new home. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carriers.
Breeder Rights
Microvision Poms reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy at our discretion if we believe the puppy’s well-being may be at risk. If this occurs, any deposits will be refunded in full.
Responsibilities of the Buyer
By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to:
- Provide the puppy with appropriate care, including regular veterinary visits, vaccinations, and a proper diet.
- Follow any spay/neuter agreement outlined in the purchase contract if applicable
- Ensure the puppy lives in a safe and loving environment.
- Notify us if, for any reason, you can no longer care for the puppy. We will assist in rehoming the puppy.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases where the puppy is found to have a congenital or genetic health issue as defined by the health guarantee. In such cases, terms of resolution (refund, exchange, or return) will be outlined in the puppy purchase contract. Any returns or refunds for our pet items in our shop are handle by our affiliates.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell or share your details with third parties. Any information provided to us through inquiries, purchases, or contracts is solely used for business purposes. You can read our privacy policy.
Changes to Terms
Microvision Poms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
